Ferraro exits left, Clinton to blame, Pennsylvania can make a statement

Former congresswoman, vice-presidential candidate, and Hillary Clinton “hitman” Geraldine Ferraro resigned her fundraising position with Sen. Hillary Clinton’s campaign after controversial comments she made about Clinton’s rival, Sen. Barack Obama.
Ferraro has been bringing the “race” card into the media just ahead of Pennsylvania’s upcoming primary.
While she continues to misunderstand, and not apologize for her comments, the Clinton campaign and Senator Clinton herself has been very silent on this matter. This is a prime example of Clinton style dirty politics and it is a sickening display. Allowing your subordinates make racial statements uncorrected is tantamount to saying them yourself. Running them just prior to the Pennsylvania primary says more about Clinton’s view of a Pennsylvania voter than anything else.
Hillary Clinton is playing the race card to win the Pennsylvania primary and the mainstream media should call her on it.
Ferraro said in her first interview with the Daily Breeze, published late last week: “If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman, he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept.”
These are the words coming from the Clinton campaign and they sicken us. The Clinton’s are an embarrassment to this country (now we remember Bill’s presidency) and their style of politics should be rejected by Pennsylvania’s voters.
Hopefully, politics that play on the worst fears of man can be abandoned for this campaign and the good people of Pennsylvania can make a definitive statement. Race baiting is not welcome here. Geraldine Ferraro should just go away.
Whether Obama is white, black, man, or woman, he would be in this race because he inspires hope and can lead a nation.
