Ohio and Texas, Hillary’s Alamo?

Monday, March 3, 2008 17:10

As the clock ticks down to March 4th and the inevitable Texas, Ohio, Vermont, and Rhode Island primaries, Senator Hillary Clinton is making her last stand.

Over the weekend, her campaign politicos have been moving the goalposts all over the field since her husband, former President Bill Clinton said that she “must” win both Texas and Ohio to remain in the race.  They are struggling with the reality of the situation.

If she only wins Ohio, she will be numerically unable to catch Senator Barack Obama in total delegates.

If she loses both Texas and Ohio, she will be doing a disservice to her party by remaining in the race.

One day left. Time will tell.
