Hillary Clinton managed a slight lead over Barack Obama in yesterday’s Super Tuesday voting.

Super Tuesday delivered a split decision for the Democrats. Clinton earned a handful more delegates than Obama, who surprised observers by taking states where the senator from New York had large polling leads until recently.
Clinton took Tuesday’s biggest prize of California, but Obama still earned a large share of the state’s 441 Democratic delegates.
“There is one thing on this February night that we do not need the final results to know: our time has come,” Mr. Obama said to cheers at a party in Chicago. “Our time has come, our movement is real, and change is coming to America.”
